The Legal Compliance Analyst will support Bath & Body Works, Inc.’s Ethics and Compliance Department by providing administrative support to help ensure that integrity and compliance are incorporated into the corporate culture. This position will provide intake and support case administration of ethics matters reported through the Ethics Hotline and other channels. This position provides general support to in-house attorneys, Human Resources, and other organizational partners in support of ethics matters. The position also handles special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting intake and supporting triage of ethics matters, assigning matters to investigators, tracking open matters, and providing certain reports from the case administration system in accordance with established standards and procedures.

  • Preparing and drafting weekly and monthly reports of ethics and compliance case management data in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Maintaining records, systems, and databases related to the Ethics case management system.

  • Communicating internally to follow up with departments ethics and compliance-related matters.

  • Assisting with updates to compliance-related processes and procedures as requested and assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience working in a corporate environment

  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel (including the creation of formulas)

  • Customer focused attitude

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills

  • Excellent organization and planning skills

  • Ability to handle multiple activities successfully

  • Self-motivated. Good judgment – fair and objective

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or educational equivalent.
